Roasted carrots with ghee

  • For preparation:
  • 4 carrots cut in two vertically
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • ⅛ teaspoon of cumin
  • ⅛ teaspoon of pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon ginger
  • To plate:
  • Bunch of coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of tahine
  • Fresh rosemary
  • White sesame seeds


  1. Peel and cut the carrots. In a bowl, put the carrots, season them with the seasonings described above.
  2. Using the Instant Vortex panel, press ROAST , set the time to 20 MINUTES and the temperature to 200ºC . Press START .
  3. Once the ADD FOOD screen appears , add the carrots on the rack so that they are all covering the surface, close the tray and let them cook.
  4. When TURN FOOD appears on the display , open the tray, move the carrots and then close it again and allow them to continue cooking until the machine turns OFF .
  5. Remove. You can serve by adding fresh coriander leaves, tahine, rosemary, and white sesame seeds.
