Hard-boiled egg

Weather: 5 minutes
Portions: 6 eggs
Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup of water

Preparation:

  1. Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot® and add the water. Put the rack and, on top, the eggs.
  2. Put on and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Make sure the steam release valve is turned to “Sealing”. Press the PRESSURE COOKING function , at the HIGH pressure level , and set the time to 5 MINUTES . To make the yolk less cooked, reduce the time to 4 MINUTES.
  3. When finished cooking, press CANCEL and turn the steam release valve to “Venting”. Once all the pressure is released, open the lid and remove the eggs. Put them in a bowl with cold water and ice so that they do not continue to cook. Peel.
